Pour BRAEMBLE over CUBED ICE in a HI BALL GLASS, charge with GINGER ALE and garnish with a squeezed WEDGE of LIME.
In a MIXING GLASS stir ingredients over CUBED ICE until well chilled and slightly diluted. Double strain into a CHAMPAGNE SAUCER, and garnish with a LEMON TWIST.
Pour all ingredients into a SHORT STEMMED WINE GLASS except for BRAEMBLE, fill with CRUSHED ICE and stir. Top with more CRUSHED ICE and cap with BRAEMBLE.
Pour all ingredients into a SHAKER WINE, fill with CUBED ICE and shake well. Pour into an old fashioned glass and garnish with a lemon wheel and bramble.
